We have introduced Telebanking facility for our csutomers and the customer can get his/her account details over the phone.
Process for using telebanking is as under-
The customer is required to dial 020-24474003 and follow the instruction which are as follows- The customer is required to select the language option ( select 1 for English; 2 for Hindi and 3 for Marathi); Then the customer has to enter the customer number, followed by his/her PIN followed by the branch code, account type and account number.
The customer is then given the following options for his desired account
1. Balance details;
2. Recent transactions;
5. Change PIN;
6. Select different account;
7. Fax on demand;
8. Clearing cheque details;
9. Repeat above options.
