| The Customer who wishes to make payment of utility bills like Electricity, Telephone Bills, etc., through his Bank Account should apply through the branch and get registered with Bill Desk. The Bill Desk Company will provide each customer a Unique Registration Number after the successful registration with the Service Provider, such as MSEB, BSNL, LIC etc. |
| Bill Desk Company will directly send a Welcome Letter to the customer after successful registration. |
| The payment file with bill details which have fallen due for payment, will be sent to the Bank by Bill Desk Company five days prior to due date. |
| Bank will process the said file centrally by debiting concerned Account Holders Account. | Other Features |

| When the customer is registered with the scheme, the details of the customer are informed to the utility providers. The Latter would print the special message in the bills of the customer concerned to the effect that the bill is under the scheme |
| In addition, the company will also contact the customer for payment instruction. |
