The bank was established on 18th October, 1949 and introduced Core Banking Technology in 2004. Bank has successfully implemented Core Banking Technology across the branches since 2005. A state-of-Art Data Center is established at Pune and has acquired ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 27001-2013 certification certification for Quality Management System and Information Security Management System respectively. As a business continuity plan, Disaster Recovery Site is developed and implemented. Techno based services like Any Branch Banking, Payable at Par & ATMs are introduced to the customers. The customers are using delivery channels like SMS Banking, RTGS/NEFT, CTS ( Cheque Truncation System ), IMPS (Mobile Banking ), Internet Banking, BBPS ( Bharat Bill Pay System ) and UPI ( Unified Payment Interface ). Introduction of Core Banking has enabled the bank to re-engineer the processes, which has helped to increase the efficiency and to optimize resources utilization. Online Transaction alerts are being sent on their mobile through SMS. Statements of Accounts made available to the customers on e-mail.
