I Lalitkumar Bali Staying at Kothrud, here giving you the feedback about the newly started net banking facility from our Bank.
I must first Thank to our Bank for starting Net Banking, and comes in a List of Other Banks having Net Banking
The OTP system is very good because no one can log in to my a/c although he comes to know my Log In ID and Password unless he is received OTP on the registered Mobile No. this is very good in connection with security.
So thank u once again to Bank.

Following are the points we want to share in respect of our experience of JSB internet banking services. The internet Banking Services are working excellent.
Due care has been taken while sending SMS for OTP
We appreciate security tips given every time.
Funds Transfer Facility is working excellent i.e NEFT and RTGS
The staff at IB Cell is very Co-operative. They guide us instantly if we call them in case of any problem.
The Staff takes due care of informing us if any authorization is pending at the day end in case of funds transfer. The system is working excellent and we except the excellent services from IB Cell as earlier in future also.
